SHAH ALAM: The Sultan of Selangor, Sultan Sharifuddin Idris Shah has postponed the resignation of Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim as the state's menteri besar.
Khalid made the announcement in a brief speech after he had an audience with the State's ruler at approximately 4.40pm.
Khalid arrived at the Bukit Kayangan Palace for an audience with the sultan at approximately 2.20pm.
Khalid will meet the Sultan to seek advice matters pertaining to the Selangor MB crisis. Astro AWANI has been notified that a press conference will be held at 4.30pm.
Earlier, PKR has nominated PKR President, Datuk Seri Wan Azizah Ismail and vice-president Azmin Ali as Khalid's successor.
