Can you spot what’s so funny about this crazy shot?
Considering the huge roar that greeted this shot from Toronto FC's gloriously-named star Bright Dike, it was obvious that something very special had happened.
Only initially, it was not at all obvious what exactly had made a very tame, innocuous strike so notable.
It took a replay to show TV viewers that, while Dike's shot was very poor and comfortably saved by the goalkeeper, something did fly into the back of the net.
Sadly for the Nigerian, however, it was not the ball that nestled delightfully in the back of the goal, but his boot.
Yes, unbelievably, one of Dike's boots flew off his foot and into the net with the keeper only having the ball covered.
What ensued was hysterical laughter from fans around the stadium when they realised what had happened, and gags from the TV commentators.
As one of the experts remarked with very dry humour, "he clearly didn't tie his shoelaces tight enough."
So Dike can focus on two things when he next turns out for the MLS outfit:
1) Shoot with more power and accuracy
2) Tie shoelaces up tighter to prevent 'scoring' again
