The actress will pay a visit to her fiancé Ashton Kutcher in an episode slated to air this April, CBS has announced.
The two former "That 70s Show" stars will have their first on-screen reunion in over seven years.
While Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher have just announced their engagement in real life, the pair has not appeared in TV or film together since the end of the FOX comedy in 2006.
In an episode of "Two and a Half Men," Mila Kunis will play Vivian, a globe-trotting beauty who instantly captivates Walden, one of the series' protagonists, played by Ashton Kutcher.
Walden is convinced she is his soul mate, and her sudden arrival upsets his earlier plans of proposing to another woman.
Ashton Kutcher inherited one of the leading roles in "Two and a Half Men" in 2011 following the departure of Charlie Sheen, who had starred since 2003.
The voice of Meg on the animated comedy "Family Guy," Mila Kunis has also appeared regularly in film in recent years.
The actress will return to theaters this summer in "Jupiter Ascending," a science fiction thriller from the Wachowskis ("The Matrix").
