MACC seeks Jho Low, Nik Faisal, Suboh to assist in SRC investigations

The MACC are seeking the three individual to assist in its investigation on SRC International Sdn Bhd.

PUTRAJAYA: The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) has asked three individuals to contact it immediately to assist in the investigations connected with SRC International Sdn Bhd.

MACC director of investigations Datuk Azam Baki in a statement here today said the three were SRC International managing director Nik Faisal Ariff Kamil; SRC International Sdn Bhd director Datuk Suboh Md Yassin and businessman Low Taek Jho, better known as Jho Low.

The statement gave their details as follows:

Nik Faisal (identity card number: 710304-10-6303/passport number: A3178024).
Last known address: No 17, Jalan Tun Teja 35/16, Alam Impian, Shah Alam, Selangor and No 19, Jalan Tun Teja 35/16, Alam Impian, Shah Alam Selangor. 
Datuk Suboh (identity card number: 510111-10-5521 and passport numbers: D021678 and R016029).
Last known address: 3-15-2, No 3, The Residence, Jalan Wan Kadir 5, Taman Tun Dr Ismail, Kuala Lumpur. 
Low Taek Jho (identity card number: 811104-07-5701).
Last known address:69, Tanjung Bungah Park, Tanjung Bungah, Penang.

Azam said they were required to present themselves at the MACC Special Operations Division at Level 7, Menara Prisma, Presint 3, Putrajaya.

The three are also required to contact the Case Investigation Officer, Assistant Commissioner Rosli Husain at telephone number 010-3187757 or 03-88900752, or Assistant Commissioner Norkhafizin Isa at telephone number 019-6000345 or 03-88900754.

"The MACC also requests that members of the public with any information on the whereabouts of these three persons to contact Assistant Commissioner Rosli Husain or Assistant Commissioner Norkhafizin Isa or the nearest MACC office," he said.

Last month, the media reported that the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) had asked Jho Low to voluntarily come forward to provide it with information on the 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) issue.

The PAC is looking into the dealings of 1MDB to find if there have been any irregularities.
