Another day, another photo of the 2014 Perodua Axia is revealed. We’ve seen the range-toppingAxia SE and Advance models’ rear end in the first official photo of the upcoming A-segment hatchback, and now we have the first glimpse of the mid-range Perodua Axia 1.0 G.
The Axia 1.0 G is a step above the RM24,900 base 1.0 E model, and is the cheapest variant if you want an automatic transmission. It starts at RM32,800 for a five-speed manual unit, while the four-speed torque converter-equipped model is RM34,800. All prices are on-the-road, with insurance.
This mid-range G-level specification gets an eight-spoke 14-inch alloy wheels fitted with Hankook Kinergy Ex eco tyres as pictured above. A remote control entry and alarm system, reverse sensors and a four-speaker CD audio player are included in this model variant as well.
