Babysitter charged with abusing 3-year-old child

BUTTERWORTH: A babysitter was today charged in the Magistrate's Court here with abusing a three-year-old child under her care last Tuesday.

According to the charge sheet, the victim was found with his hands tied behind his back with a belt and his legs bound with a string.
